I made these bone china pendants while I was apprenticed to a master ceramist.
They were made using bone china paperclay and I’m going to call it “printed” (to crowbar them into my current website!) from moulds featuring interesting textures—this one was originally corrugated cardboard!
These pendants are remarkably tactile and if you hold them up to the light, they display the yummy translucency that bone china is famous for.
They are strong… to a point. Bear in mind they are ceramic, so subject to all the usual rules you’d apply to your favourite cup, they’re probably not dishwasher safe, though. If they get grubby, you can wash the pendant with a non-stick kitchen scourer and soap.
Some sharp(ish I sanded them all as smooth as I could) points may be present, so not suitable for children.
