Beautifully intricate linocuts

Yes, they’re linocuts!

It’s (nearly) the most wonderful time of the year!

Christmas cards are back in stock so you can send your friends and family some inky love through the post.

Lots of people send the black and white prints as Christmas cards, too, for those recipients who’d prefer a more traditional print.

Revealing: Limited VS Open Edition Prints

All the original fine art prints you see in the gallery were hand-printed by me.

If there’s a number on the print, e.g. 12/30, that means it’s part of a Limited Edition. It’s print number twelve in an edition of just 30 prints. I won’t print any more from that block—ever—so when they’re gone, they’re gone!

Open Edition prints, marked O/E under the print, are a great way to collect original art—they’re more affordable than the Limited Edition prints as I can print as many as the block will allow before it disintegrates.

Here's how the back of the print looks after I've rubbed the paper to transfer the ink from the block, and the satisfying moment when the print is revealed.

Reviews from real people*

Caroline upgraded from a card of ‘The Bow Wave’ to an original print. Here’s her lovely review:

“Beautiful print, a real joy to own.”

“Louise’s latest incredible creation is wonderful. She must have endless patience to produce such minutely detailed work.”

— Janet, March 2023

“I bought two prints as gifts - they were even more lovely in real life, my friend was thrilled by ‘Muzzle Nuzzle’ and said she could almost smell the horse! I look forward to giving the other as a Christmas present - arrived very quickly and packaged well - trying to work out what to buy next for myself!”

— Marsha, December 2021
