Our website uses Squarespace and Stripe to provide the online e-commerce functionality that allows me to sell my products and services to you.

ABOUT ME

These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement made between you and Louise Barr (sole trader), located at The Studio, 6 St Marys Court, Ely, Cambridgeshire CB7 4HQ United Kingdom (we, us), concerning your access to and use of the Louise Barr Printmaker website (https://www.louisebarr.co.uk/) as well as any related applications (the Site).

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by Stripe. Payment is deducted when Stripe processes your order. If your payment cannot be authorised for any reason we will tell you. Full title to the goods purchased will only pass to you once full payment has been received by us.

PRICES

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed an order with us you will receive a receipt confirmation email from us via Squarespace. This should be kept in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact us and we will investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

COLOUR AND DIMENSIONS

The images of items on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Artwork. Your items may vary slightly from those images.

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site are approximate.
